About Me
I'm Aryan Garg, a Computer Science undergraduate at Vellore Institute of Technology with a 9.09 CGPA. I spend most of my time building things for the web — from landing pages and dashboards to real-time chat systems and email infrastructure.
Recently, I've been diving into AI and agentic systems, building multi-hop RAG pipelines with knowledge graphs, LangGraph, and Neo4j. I enjoy the challenge of making complex backend systems feel simple on the frontend.

An agentic multi-hop RAG system combining Neo4j knowledge graphs with hybrid HNSW + BM25 retrieval for research-paper QA. Uses LangGraph for query decomposition, sub-question answering, and response verification with adaptive graph traversal and LLM-generated Cypher queries. Features bounded reasoning loops with context accumulation and external-search fallback for improved grounding on complex queries.
A real-time anonymous chat system using Redis Streams for message delivery, with temporary two-user rooms and automatic room expiration. Implements cookie-based authentication, Redis-backed room management, and automatic room expiration for secure short-lived communication.
